I think you need to do the cleanse for at least 90 days straight in order to know whether it works for real.

Now, I know a lot of you are going to
explode when you read that title. But I think there's some
very good evidence about the beneficial
effects of taking on a good cleanse. So, I guess I'm just
really hoping someone can give me some
good solid advice on what cleanses are the best,
or which ones provide the most benefit in terms of
nutrition. I've seen a lot of people get up in arms about
nothing when it comes to cleanses
and detoxes and the like, so I'm reaching out to
guys like me who are open minded and not bogged down
in the "science" of things like "CICO" and "leafy green
vegetables are good for you". I seriously want to hear from
everyone who's tried a cleanse or detox program. Which did
you try? What was it like? What did it do to your internal
organs, like your stomach and kidneys? Did you end
up hungry all the time? Did you find yourself in a sudden,
urgent rush to go to the bathroom at inopportune
points of the day? What? Tell me! I want to know.

    Thanks!

troll/10 - Well done, OP. Enjoy your 10 Day Master Peep Cleanse.

I did a 3 day veggie cleanse and it was amazing! The sugar cravings disappeared, i had more energy than before and my skin looked amazing! Im pretty sure i lost 10 years off my face! It was a great start to a new way of eating. I slowly incorporated new foods in and was able to quickly identify the ones I had sensitivities to (i never would have known!)

I am actually doing it right now. I 'm on day 4. I feel great! but days 1-2 were pretty hard. Day 2 two you get crazy head aches. Day 3 you start feeling great! All I know is that I lost 7.2 lbs so far and I don't see how I would gain it all back right away unless I eat 25200 calories (7.2*3500) more that my usual daily calories.

I was so proud of myself...not cause of the results, but cause I actually did it. Kind of like an episode of Jacka** kind of proud.
