So below is what i have left for lunch today- im looking for ideas of what i can have thats quick and easy as im working so ill have to nip to the shop (i has chicken but i hd it for my morning snack) My diary is open - im very boring with food as there are alot of foods i dont like and i dont mind repetition as i like eating the foods i do like.
I would also like ideas for dinners that are around 500kcals

I'm not totally sure I understand your question, but I think you are looking for an idea for lunch that fits the numbers above? Without knowing what ingredients you have, I'd suggest a sandwich wrap - meat, cheese, handfull of leafy stuff, whatever other stuff you want to add.0 -
yeah im looking for meal ideas for both lunch and dinners around 300 lunches and 500 dinners0
