I'm thinking about going on a low fat carb diet and wanted to know how low is too low?
Is 40-50 carbs a day low enough or too high? Any help would be appreciated.

That is fine for low carb but you gotta bump up your fat intake so you have energy for your body to use, your body will then learn to burn fat as energy more efficiently. Make sure on the weekends or a couple days a week you raise your carbs high to replenish glycogen so you don't lose a bunch of muscle!0
