    I am a cheesemaker! I have a cheddar aging right now from a cheesemaking kit I was given. No idea what it will be like, but I like the idea of it. It was a major hassle to make, so I hope it's worth it.

    Seriously!?!?! I'd have an easier time picking. A favorite child!! I can tell you that I won't touch American or velveeta. Everything. Else.... I turn into Homer Simpson. Mmmmmm cheese!!!

    Edam, feta, parmesan, havarti, manchego, brie, camembert, blue, mozzarella, ricotta.... I LOVE CHEESE!

    Hmm. I guess feta. I'm not a huge cheese lover. I definitely hate bleu cheese and I'm not a fan of goat cheese. But that wasn't the question

    Right now it's smoked Gouda, hands down. A nice super sharp cheddar is fabulous too.

    It is very hard to answer, but if I have to pick one, I would say formaggio ubriaco (drunken cheese), especially if made with Nero d'Avola.

    I love all cheese.

    Some of my favorites are Dubliner, Smoked Gouda and Smoked Cheddars.
