    No, I don't, because healthy is not necessarily the same as weight loss. There are certain foods that do nothing to help me feel better and certain foods that make me feel flat out terrible. I won't say you SHOULD cut out anything. If the "white" foods you're talking about give you energy and keep you full, then you should keep them in your diet. If they're in your diet but you notice your overall health isn't what it could be you might consider trying some alternatives. As far as your weight stalling out that could be fluctuations or it could just be your loss slowing down.
