    Even Detox is getting tired of all the detox threads.

    Is doing the lemonade detox healthy? Has anyone ever done it? What were your results, how did you feel?

    I've eaten at a calorie deficit for over three years, more specifically - I know my BMR and my TDEE and I eat in between those numbers. I've reached my goal weight and kept it off through birthdays, holidays, vacations, summers packed with weddings and huge buffets - all my clothes still fit, and I have not fallen off any wagons or backtracked in any way.

    Eat at a reasonable calorie deficit and have patience - this is the sustainable way to lose the fat and keep it off. Otherwise you're just going to get frustrated and be looking for the next quick fix.

    Pretty simple concept eh?

    But look at all of the apple juice the peeps detoxed! Does this mean I can drink as much juice as I want as long as I have peeps with it?

    You'd think so, wouldn't ya? Yet everyone seems to shove that aside and go for the crazy. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    I have to ask. What on earth is a "peep"? It does not sound edible.

    The bunnies are interlopers. But, there are more to the package. So, you know...easier to divvy up amongst the kids.

    True, but the yellow chicks are the original which explains the name "Peeps".

    Nope- I only do the caramel eggs-- the rest are nasty! Now jump back over to today's version of sugar is evil thread!

    So far gotten my laugh at detoxes, sugar, now I just need clean eating thread argument and paleo threads and I am good for the week!

    I joined the cleanse and have had the caramel eggs two days in a row; it's allowed... :wink:

    Yes, as the Cleanse Master - I will allow caramel eggs. I actually don't like the creme eggs either, but don't tell the other cleansees!

    Crazy is easier... if only people would just put forth the same effort into tracking calories and eating at a deficit as they do jumping from fad to fad... it's sad really.

    @Troutsy‌ @diannethegeek‌ thank you so much!!! o:)

    But hey, at least the OP of this thread realised it was a dumb idea within a few replies (see quote above), didn't stamp her feet and declare she was doing it anyway, and didn't start another thread about how mean everyone here is. I call this one a win!!

    It's no good - Captain CrunchTox *can't* possibly work without The Crunchberries, and this is clearly a non-Cruchberry box. You've gotta have The Crunchberries, right?

    ... and Cayenne.
