I can't figure out food balancing

Everything in moderation, but if I was eating those things every day, I know I wouldn't be losing. Especially the waffles, pancakes etc... if you're eating those with maple syrup, they hurt! It kills me to log my once a month 2 slices of french toast with maple syrup, because it doesn't fill me up and it takes up so much of my daily calorie allowance0

I'm exactly the same. I try and hold out for as long as I can. I drink a lot of tea in the mornings, with milk, which helps. Most days I have "breakfast" between 12:30-1:30pm
