    I'm gaining too. I use supplements such as ensure plus and boost very high calorie to get in the extra cals I can't reach. Also, peanut butters, any nut butters, avocado, sprouted grain breads and whole grain waffles, turkey bacon, and dairy products seem to really boost calories. No food will make you fat if you're using a workout regimen. It'll go to support your muscles and build a better body so don't be afraid to add in fats. They're basically my best friends in my bulk
