Red onions
Tomatoes
Black olives
Shaved Parmesan Romano cheese
Banana peppers
Green leaf lettuce
Garlic croutons
Garlic pepper
Light Italian dressing

As Italian, I wonder what you refer to as "Parmesan Romano" (Parma and Rome being different towns)
I bet you refer to pecorino romano, that is a hard sheep cheese, but quite different in taste from parmesan. I would try both cheeses

It's just the cheese I happen to have on hand after my surgeryOf course anyone can use any cheese they like.
or no cheese at all.
