100 Day Challenge

100 DAY CHALLENGE.....
Hi I'm Becs!!! Setting this board up for myself and anyone else interesting in staying "AFAP" (as focused as possilble) for the next 100 days. I am close to the end of the "weight loss" part of my journey. 10 lbs to go to reach my ultimate goal. That will be 60 lbs lost in about 2.5 years if I can reach my goal by July 1st. SLOW and STEADY and "gone for good".
But that is only part of the goal. I want to focus not only on that 10 lbs but on muscle building/toning so that I can be strong and lean! I find that CHALLENGES with a specific start and end date help me set up goals that are not vague but calculated and focused.
So here are my goals.
SW: 130
GW:120
STARTING BODY FAT % : not sure but I will find out this weekend. I think it is around 21-22%
GOAL BODY FAT %: 18-19%
I am looking to tone my arms more, flatten and tighten my abs, and lift my booty.
HOW I PLAN ON ACHIEVING THESE GOALS....
* 3 days a week of Crossfit Classes
* 3-4 days a week of 45-60 mins of TREADMILL INCLINE WALKING work.
* ABS/BOOTY/ARMS (tabata style I think) as home using free weights, body weight and resistant band exercises 5 to 6 days a week.
* Follow a 80%/20% Paleo eating lifestyle that will still allow me to eat out, eat with family and have a life.
* Up my daily protein to a higher level.. focusing on 40% of my daily calories (I think).
* ONE SACRED REST DAY A WEEK for body and mind recovery!
DAY ONE starts MONDAY March 23rd
DAY 100 will be July 1st
So Sunday I plan on continuing with my healthy and "whole food" focused trip to the grocery and plan my weekly meals accordingly.
Don't know that I will always post every single day on here but I hope too in some capacity for my own accountability.
