so, do you want most frequently purchased food item, or most frequently eaten protein source?

I like a variety of protein foods, but Greek yogurt and eggs are ALWAYS in my shopping cart. Chicken or turkey is the next most consumed protein food in our home--cheaper than beef and extremely versatile--but I only buy this once a month in bulk.

Me too. Dannon just pushed a Salted Caramel flavor of this, too. But only one store has it so far.

Close second is egg whites followed by chicken tenderloins.

The most value for your $$ would be eggs. You get allot for a small cost.

Chobani 100 cal greek yogurt. And peanut butter. So much PB. My husband had words with me because we had three jars in the house. One open, one on deck, and one other-nut butter. Really? I should have had FOUR. He's silly.
