    I feel like T25 would work good for you. The on screen modifier is there for you and as you lose the weight and build up the stamina you can slowly transition to the full moves. It will help build up you lower and core in the first phase and the second phase incorporates your upper body. The third phase brings in some weights.

    Thank you so much everyone! I signed up for the beach body 30 day streaming trial. The hip hop abs was pretty good. My knees aren't liking me at the moment. My 6 days of working out might be 5 including 1 of yoga, but it's still progress. I haven't tried Jillian michaels yet, but I think I will this week. Thanks everyone!
