    Small suggestion.... update your peer-reviewed medical journal subscriptions.... It works wonders.....

    Is there new research that has found self reported intakes to be accurate? Is there new data showing free sugar is uniquely fattening when calories are controlled for?

    1. Update your journal subscriptions and do current pub med searches to answer your questions. I will not do your homework for you.
    2. My suggestion of journal subscription updates covers far more subjects than just sugar. Your posts have been too one-sided and out of date in general.

    I actually am up to date on the current literature

    Please do post what statement I've made that is out of date?
