    Short term: Run my first 5k (Colour Me Rad) in August
    Medium term: Run one 5k each month, work up to 10k
    Long term: Complete a sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km ride, 5km run) in April 2014

    This year -
    Run a sub 1hour 10k
    Squat 300 lbs
    Deadlift 300 lbs
    Bench 150 lbs
    Rep out 5+ unassisted pullups.

    Getting within striking distance on all of them. Pretty sure I'll hit my running goal at some point this summer, and as for the strength goals, by the end of my bulk this fall I know I will hit them.
