Just curious; how long is a "long rest interval"?
1-5 min depending on how your last set felt.
If I finish with ease I rest 1 min. if i almost fail but do finish I rest 2 min. If I fail 1 rep shy of finishing I rest 3 min. If I fail 2 or more reps shy of finishing I rest 5min.0
