Congrats! So at first you start watching your intake and then you started working out later. Do I have this correct?

Correct! Actually I started working out this week and I'm feeling amazing. I'm so surprised with my own gym outcome. I thought I won't be able to be on a treadmill for more than 30 minutes but I did an hour at a time. You can see it on my page. I log in all my food and exercises.

Thank you! Like I said before:

We do not eat wheat, everything is glutten free. We don't smoke or drink. So basically our diet is lean meat, no rice, no wheat, no processed food, no sugars.

We eat lots of vegetables, legumes, lean cuts of meat, seafood, olive oil, coconut oil, sweet potatoes, all kind of potatoes! . We use splenda or coconut sugar instead of white sugar.

At first I was not counting my calories. But I started around 6 weeks ago. I'm at around 1500 calories. Im going to start weight training. I have asthma, so i can run at this point. We walk during the weekends. My lifestyle is sedentary. My husband eats around 3800 0r 4000 calories. He is doing weight lifting.
wonderful job! hello legs! just curious if you noticed a difference with counting vs just eating cleaner. I'm all for the fact if you don't have to then don't count.

You're right! If you don't have to then don't count! I found it more stressing counting now. Just eat clean and trust your body! When you feel satisfied just stop eating! Less stress.
