Cycling class and weight lose

Would going to cycling class 4-5 times a week and eating from 1200-1400 calories a day help me lose 20 pounds? If so, how long would it take to lose the weight?

    A daily deficit of 500 calories translates to roughly 1 lb of weight loss per week. Calculate your daily deficit including exercise and you will know about how long it will take. MFP has calculators and exercise estimates.
