I never liked to be photographed when I was bigger but I wanted to show change is possible for average people with no gym membership or personal trainers ect. Just you by yourself running and lifting weights at home

    Nice work!

    I've always lost weight on my own - running, lifting weights and controlling calories. No classes or personal trainers. It's just easier when I go it on my own (for me). Good to see other people are succeeding on their own!

    I know all my cousins that have had drastic weight lost and body modification have had tummy tucks and boob jobs and go to the gym religiously for a long time I thought that was the only way
