      So this question is what would you rather have if you could ONLY have one, right? But without food we'd die... And without sex, other people would die (aggression and irritability) and humanity would cease (reproduction)...

      So we're saying that this is some crazy alternate reality we get thrust into where the rules don't apply, so you don't need food to live, or sex to reproduce?

      So... assuming that, does everybody else you know get thrust into that same universe? Or are these entirely new versions of the same people we know? Do I become a clone of myself, with the old me still living the same life? This question is scaring me. I'm scared.

      The question was would I rather have sex or food. Not if you could only have one for the rest of your life which would you pick. At least that's how I read it so my answer is sex

      If we're merely talking a few days without food, then I'm gonna have to go with ^ his answer! I too have plenty stored away to keep me going for a few days. I can fuel up after!
