Before: (260lbs) a very tight 22 should have been 24 pants, 1x shirt and 3x dress

Now: (179lbs) loose 16 comfortable 14 pants, small/medium shirt and loose 8/10/L dress

Still have 40lbs to lose 5'3

A few years ago I was down 83lbs. I gained around half my weight back but I started again and lost 10lbs the last few weeks.
    BUT, my point
    (I am 5'7 just fyi)

    When I was 286- Size 22-24 jean, 3x shirts

    At 203- Size 12 jean, L-XL shirt
(I was muscular, worked out 15-20 a week for like 3 years so I think that's why I was in a smaller jean than I should have been at that weight)

So jealous! I'm 5'3" (172 lbs) and just now getting into 14s, but only a couple. Most are too small in the waist. Stupid apple shape with giant boobs! All of my dresses are too big or too small, so I have no idea where I am with that. 12s don't fit my chest, yet.

Started at 198 wearing a tight 18 pant, or XXL, and 1x shirt. Now a loose 16/XL and XL/L shirt. My waist definition is coming back, thank goodness! I'm an hour glass when the fat leaves my belly area.

My size 8 shoes are all fitting again. Wore a cute pair of wedges last weekend that I haven't worn in years.

Pants used to be 40x30, and I'd wear them under my belly (think I was like a 46-48 around the navel). Now 32x32.

Shirts were XXL at places with generous sizing, now M at any store.

    I'm 5'4 and started at 206lbs
Bottoms were size 15-16 and tops were L or XL
Now: Bottoms size 3-4 and tops XS or S at 130lbs
