Anybody doing low or no carbs and high fat/protein!!!

For almost two week I have remove almost all carbs from my diet. Not following any rules I do eat high fats. Have not step on a scale but I have measure my waist down 2'. So my question is it ok to do high fats and low carbs?

    Yes it's fine if you can sustain it. There are groups that support the eating style, give it a search. :smile:

    That worked for me in the past. I didnt focus on the type of fats I was eating though, so it didn't seem very healthy for long term. I was doing Atkins, which is high protein, high fat, low carb. I eventually gained all the weight back. This time I'm trying similar but allowing more carbs from non-starchy produce, mostly veg. I want a liveable lifetime solution and hope you find the same!
