I did weekly
Then when I set up trendweight.com (linked to MFP through my fitbit) I did daily to map fluctuations
Now when I fluctuate a lot or hit a new low so every few days

I weigh once a week (I tried daily at the verrry beginning of my weight loss and yeah, fast track to depression for me) on Sunday mornings. I only log losses on MFP but I'll jot every number down on my calendar. I also don't bother if the number didn't change.0

I weigh myself once a week under the same conditions and then log the average at the end of the month.0

I weigh in every day but post once a week, usually always the same day so it remains consistent.0

Roughly once a week. I'm maintaining so I log it whether it's up or down. I find it interesting to see all the natural ups and downs (OK some natural, some mountains-of-food related).0

I have a problem with allowing the scale to demotivate me so I weigh every 90 days. My weight can fluctuate 3 to 5 lbs in a few days but over 90 days it always goes down if I do my pert. I record my times for my hikes and the weights I am lifting everyday as well as how long it takes me to do the sets, the kind of day I had at work, and other factors to be able to see influences on my mood and behavior.0

I weigh myself maybe 3 times a week but, only log Saturday morning. I usually only weigh twice Saturday morning and Wednesday to see how I am doing.

I record it weekly. I don't need to see that my weight went up and down 7 times during the week.
But I am also not looking at my weightloss for the week. Some weeks are .3 loss others are 1.6 loss but over a month it become very stable at 1.2-1.3 month after month.0 -
I usually input it once a week. I weigh myself every morning, and if it stays higher for 3 days in a row, I update with the higher weight. If it goes down and stays there for 2-3 days, I input the lower weight. If it's only off by .5 or so, I just leave it as is.0
