I started at 155lbs, I ended at 155lbs... but I feel way better, and I have smoothed out a little bit. Now time to keep on digging deeper and see what other positive results I can get... and maybe this time a pound or two!

Amazing results!! I would have guessed at least a 10lb loss!! That is exactly why we should ditch the scale! You look great!! Keep it up0

I always tell people the scale is crap! You look amazing and for no weight lost you made incredible changes!0

OMG!!! What a difference. Keep it up.0

I am glad you are seeing results, but Insanity is a really tough program, so do be sure to take enough rest days and no matter how deep the coach says to dig, don't push beyond what you know is safe. A friend of mine pulled a muscle doing something in that program.0

Totally see the difference. You look great. WTG!0

You look terrific, hard to believe there's no weight loss. Great job!0

Smoothed out "a little"????!?!?!? What? Are you nuts? You seriously look like you dropped at least 30 pounds! I can't believe you still weigh the same, because the difference I see is is staggering!
Go you!0 -
CLASSIC example as to why people should NOT trust the scale!
You can definitely see a difference!
I'm curious to know if you took any measurements? Do you know how many inches you lost? Or maybe how many clothing sizes?
Congratulations!!0 -
Wow, what a huge difference! You look great!!!0

WOW! What a difference!! Great job0

Awsome results... Did you follow the nutrition guide? How was your eating during insanity?? Please answer me:D0
-
That really is a huge difference, and honestly it's been one of the best illustrations for me so far how much more muscle obviously weighs than fat, because it's crazy that there's no difference on the scale! Thank you for posting these, very inspirational. Congrats!0

I did use the nutrition guide, but I substituted things I didn't like with like calorie/nutrient values. The food guide says no alcohol, I still had a glass of red here and there. I had one treat meal at a fancy Italian restaurant at the beginning of month two. I was so disheartened the whole time from no weight loss, when I matched the pictures up, I couldn't believe the difference. I did do some measurements, but I gotta find that piece of paper... then I can update inches lost.
Thank you everybody for the positive comments!!!0 -
You look amazing; well done!0

Wow, you look great! Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. You lost the fat and gained muscle! Great job! I've only been doing Insanity for three days, I hope I get great results like you.0

U may have not lost any actual pounds, but I can see u have toned and smoothed out. Good job!0

Well you definitely changed your body. The weight # is not always key.. I'm sure you've seen changes with your clothes and health and that is what matters.. and you look like you've definitely lost inches, so i wouldn't be too worried about the # on the scale. GREAT JOB!0
