Your weight gain is probably due to too much mayo. It's a terrible lube because of the calories. I'd say you may want to switch to water based, but you seem to be having weight gain due to water as well. Hmm...I guess olive oil is out too, I mean, all the calories, but all those good fats...it's a hard one.
    TWSS

Hahaha!! Thank you for getting it.

Actually coconut oil is the best lube there is.

You're probably just experiencing bloat after eating/drinking, and only noticing it because you're naked. It's not as obvious after eating/drinking when you are wearing clothes...

    LOL!!!!

I have notice that my appetite increases after sex. When I am in a calorie deficit with this increased appetite I will still lose weight.

If anything, sex is good for tightening the abs and burning calories, therefore it is good for your health and also aide a little in weight loss. Whether it's sex or vigorous workout at the gym, eating and drinking afterwards is just replenishing what you have sweated out, it should not affect your abdominal size or result in weight gain.

Now if you're eating a whole cake and drinking a 6 pack every time after sex, yes, you are going to gain weight and have a belly.

Damn, I need to start eating a cupcake after sex... that sounds so fantastic.

OP, read carefully. It's really quite simple.

Eat more than you burn = gain weight.
Burn more than you eat = lose weight.

Sex has NOTHING to do with it.

Sex could technically help with weigh loss.

LOL skinny guy with strong muscles. Sure. So you gain weight through your diet in 2 months. You do realize the exercise will help in the bedroom right? I would never give up one for the other. I wanna do both til the end of time.

Yeah I'm back to my normal excerise mood from last ten days 5 km in a go with some push ups , squats , abs, bisip and trisip work out and started I diet controll program it's helping and already drop to 82 from 84 ..

    OP, here is what happened:
    1. You stopped exercising
    2. You gained weight. See #1 for reason; sex has nothing to do with it

    Then...
    1. You started exercising and controlling your food intake
    2. You lost weight. See #1 for reason

Why on earth are you asking if sex makes you gain weight? You have personally witnessed recently that your own body gains and loses weight based on how many calories you consume/burn. So stop, troll!!!

The only time sex made me gain weight was when my husband and I were dating and we'd make a big ol' pot of mac and cheese at midnight after and eat it LOL

Did it not burn your bits???
