I'm giving myself what I deserve... maximum health...I'm trying to achieve my goal weight of 145lbs.. I have 15 lbs to go... I lost 10 thus far.... I want to build muscle as well.... I'm easily distracted.... I need consistency... on a mission to 21day journey... the saying goes if you can do something for 21 days, it becomes a habit... let's see..
