Yes, for a few hours, maybe a day. It is good for short term changes. (Like to fit in a wedding dress, or a photo shoot)0
-
I shower in saran wrap to increase the effects.0
-
Well the thing is yes they help ou lose inches in the experiences I've seen. I've never actually done one but I believe this would be like sown thing you do if you want to drop a few inches in the week for a special event but definitely by a permanent solution0
-
It only works for an hour. Diet and exercise makes your loose inches for life.0
-
Sounds pretty dumb to me.0
-
Please tell me you're joking0
-
I've never tried it myself but I've heard it works. They say put preparation h on and wrap... No experience, only hear say0
-
It does nothing for weight loss.
Can be fun for mummification though...0 -
NO!!! The results are temporary at best, a healty and active lifestyle is much more productive.0

Prep H
Saran Wrap or ace bandage
Will get you through (a smelly) photoshoot
and thats about it0 -
What, you guys don't do this all the time? I like the plastic, clammy feel against my skin. I'm also afraid of bugs.

So let me get this straight
Preperation H which is a hemmerhoid cream you shove up your doodah
Spread on Saran Wrap which you stick over your food in the fridge
Then wrap it round your tummy
While eating a Mars Bars?
Got it ...it's The Full Monty
Dang I should join a quiz team0 -
Oh dear Lord. Memorrrrieeees
My ex used get the big ole heavy roll of cling wrap out before he exercised. And guess who had to wrap him up like a ridiculous looking mummy everyday!!?? ME!!!!! that's who :grumble:
No it doesn't work. It only gave me more sweaty clothes to wash  And no weight loss for him.0 -
Either troll, or you hang out with some really dumb people.0
-
It's probably best to stay away from heat if you plan on going through with this...0
-
Aw, hell... I can't even get Saran Wrap off the roll and onto my leftovers, and I'm supposed to be able to wrap my body in it?0
-
No but a tin hat stops aliens from planting silly ideas in my head.0
-
I think that Saran Wrap is more effective when used to help preserve leftovers. There are no quick fixes when it comes to fitness and weight loss. Sorry about that, OP.0

Damn, I read this as "plastic wrap around sandwich" and thought you were going to be asking about the harmful effects of saran wrap on your food or something.
I still can't decide if this would have been a more or less interesting discussion than if it had actually said sandwich.0 -

Only if she'd asked whether wrapping a sandwich in saran wrap would increase its iron percentage. To 100%.0 -

Oh please no! I'll never look at iron percentages the same ever again :explode:
