    Add Cheese, and you're looking at around 450cals. Definitely doable for any meal. :)

    Panera - Power Chicken Hummus Bowl - 270 cal, 10g fat, 27g protein, 10g carbs, 500g sodium (I have high blood pressure and have to watch sodium). This is for a 'whole' bowl. They also sell a 'half'.
