Another tip....don't be going round the forums telling people you need something Hard......that will raise some weirdo's too....lol...
One more thing I will add too if you don't mind me saying this...
But if you do find the plan your on hard....and you are not sticking to the limits set etc......please come back to MFP and try doing it the way most people advise on here.....as it can work...it has helped me in the long run to understand what food intake does to me.....and I am losing weight for the second time ever in my life...(the first time was 5 yrs ago on MFP too..I lost 5 stone)....
Don't be afraid to say you cant do that plan...and then give up....come seek someone on here for advice to this site and how to use it best.....seek me out if you want...I will give you my advice....as much as I can....

Thanks! There's weirdo on every site/app lol I'm actually surprised that I'm doing pretty well and really motivated. Trying to take it one day at a time and stay busy. Thanks for your willingness to reach out! Hope your plan is working well for you!
