Is there ANY hope?
My best friend has been using wraps and I was shocked to see they were tightening up her skin. Theyre just so expensive. But idk if you would try something like that.
Yeah... no.

#1 Lose the fat
#2 Be patient. It takes time for skin to recover.
This. I've had three kids and the biggest thing for me has been getting my weight and bf% low enough (low end of the healthy range for bmi). Second thing is it does take time for your body to get itself sorted out after a pregnancy. My youngest is almost 7yrs old

I have faith in you that one day you're going to post something scientifically sound
I can wait
I wish I could block you bc you're literally the most annoying thing. Hope off my back and get a life. No one was talking specifically to you so it didn't require a response from you.
Ohhh don't hate on the abs...I was simply trying to tell you how to get them
You know eat less. Move more, lift heavy.
I wish I could wrap it all up in magic for you to make it more palatable?
Um no. Every thread you have something negative or sarcastic. This thread wasn't even about wraps. I was saying anything about me personally using them. I just said I seem someom use them and it worked for them. Idk all the scientific details nor do I care to know bc I wasn't considering using them.0 -

My mom isdoesnt have a pouch at all. We do have terrible genes as far as baby baring goes lol

So hold on, if you knew the answer was a caloric deficit, weight training and patience, exactly what was the purpose of this thread?
For one she just commented that. i was saying what worked for her was helpful. That doesn't mean I'm not open to more suggestions such a specific workouts that people have done to target that part of their body. You also should get a life and stop breathing down threads & arguing with people for entertainment.-1 -

Well, you are extremely rude. Typically when one asks for advice the decent thing to do is thank and acknowledge the advice givers, even if said advice isn't what they were looking for.
I do hope people remember these responses from you when you make future advice threads
I'm not going to thank people for their sarcastic advice. Every single thread i make the same people attack me for something. This thread wasn't even about quick fixes. It was about what mother's have done personally to get rid of their pouch so I could use their ideas. I was just telling a different person that I seen someone tighten Ber skin with a wrap before. She workouts out frequently and has maintained herself well. I wasn't considering it myself. If I was considering a wrap I would've just did that. But I really don't care if they remember bc they're are the ones I want to stop giving me advice0 -

You can't target fat loss on one part of your body. Go read the stomach link posted twice on the first page. I wrote it, it will help.0 -

Yeah... no.
I figured. I wouldn't really want to or trust to do that myself. And you had a baby so late! My aunt had twins when she was 42 & when I asked her what she did today, she said she did a lot of Pilate's, swimming and drank lots of water. And her body looks great.I surprised. She makes it look easy.0 -

It took 9 months to grow the baby. You also need muscle to support the area, so just cardio isn't going to cut it for what you want. You can't target your belly fat.

She said it takes time and you said yes it does. So you know patience is need so you need to have some. You also need to get your nutrition in check and not follow some pudding diet. There is no target fat loss fyi. It's pretty amusing how you keep telling people to get a life especially when that's going to get you warnings on this site and also the fact that you are here looking for quick fixes constantly. You are projecting very hard and it is a clear indicator that deep down inside you're not mad at us, you're really mad at yourself.
If you try hard and apply yourself while doing tons of research one day you might be able to also give people accurate advice on health and fitness.
I'm actually not mad at myself. And since the last feed about "quick fixes". There hasn't been another one. This wasn't a post about quick fixes so idk why we're talking about quick fixes. And IDC if I get warned. People want to give out their nononstructive criticism than I'll I've mine back in return.0 -

This thread wasn't about quick fixes so I don't want to hear them complaining to me about quick fixes I posted before

I'm only negative about gimmicks and crackpot ideas and I will admit to being fairly sarcastic when faced with either because they are just innately amusing.
Good you're not considering wasting money on wraps
And I agree with your mother and usmcmp. It takes a while for a body to recover from making an entire human being, longer than 6 months.

You have gotten plenty of constructive criticism, it just wasn't what you wanted to here. After that you decided to tell people to get a life like a little kid would do. Not a good look for you.
No. You really need a life outside of arguing with people on here. The critism wasn't constructve and was more irrelevant than anything. Like I said before this post wasn't about quick fixes. Always with the quick fixes...
Those wraps get rid of water weight, they are temporary, expensive, and part of a multi level marketing scheme destined to get people to either keep buying, or better yet, start selling.
Follow the other good advice listed here, be realistic with your expectations, and stop looking for quick fixes.
Shut up. No one said I was looking for a quick fix. Especially not in wraps. If I wanted to do wraps, I would do them. I was stating that I've seen someone else make progress with them.
Posts about detoxes, cleanses, wraps, supplements, etc are generally because someone is at least curious about a quick fix, but thanks for the hostile greeting.
what? theres no quick fix????????? craziness!!!!!!!!! Quick, someone lather me in coconut oil and lavender and wrap me in saran wrap!!!!!0 -
I will agree with what everyone is saying about patience, appropriate deficit, lifting heavy things, and another does of patience.
And just to give you something to think about on the whole wraps thing ... If the wraps aren't something you would consider doing yourself because you don't think they work (or for whatever reason you wouldn't do them) why would you suggest that to someone else? You clearly don't appreciate being given advice that you deem to be not great or helpful (or perhaps not given in the manner that you would like) but you have no problem giving advice/ideas to something that you yourself wouldn't use?0 -

right? i know people who do all sorts of shakes and pills and wraps and surgeries and god knows what else and you know what... i never mention them (much less even think of them) because.... im not INTERESTED in them.... DOH!
and for the record - NONE of those things have worked long term for ANY of these people.....

I will be having a tummy tuck...I've had 2 babies (currently trying for #3) I have had three abdominal surgeries where I was cut from my belly button down so my ab muscles are decimated! I've also lost about 135 pounds so I have a bunch of excess skin from that. I'm so self-conscious about my stomach! I won't even let my husband see me without a shirt!0
