    Pilates worked very well for me, I haven't had any babies, but enough rapid weight gain and loss over my life to leave my belly looking not the way I wanted. I regularly followed a basic pilates routing and started to notice a difference quickly as it strenghthens the muscles so even though there was still excess fat in my abdomen it still helped to flatten it out.

    I've actually been doing that bottom video. I didn't know it was good for the tummy. I'm surprised!

    Oddly enough, there is a big honking picture of a grilled ribeye on the circular for my local grocery store. Grilling (and beer) season needs to start here like right nao!

    Well I know 1. Water drink at least a gallon a day 2. Moisturize and massage every day or every other day 3. Walk a lot 4. Cardio like slim in 6 bc it has abs through whole routine. This is what ive done and it is working! ( its also strength training too)
