Everyone here seems to be doing really well. I just started today 151 cm (roughly 5 ft) CW:75kg GW:50kg looking forward to this journey I know it will be difficult but these stories just motivate me even more0

Hello everyone. I am about 5'2.5!
I am currently 138 and want to get down to 120. I sprained my ankle badly a week ago so would welcome any advice on some good exercise that I can whilst it is healing!
Swimming if you have access to a pool perhaps. Seated yoga poses and gentle stretching. If all else fails rest up and watch your calories while you recover. You'll be back at it soon!

I started running and got down to 150lbs:
And November 2014 I reached 140lbs, my goal at the time

I gained like 20lbs back over the winter....idk what the heck i was thinking, but I've lost 6 of those lbs already. RIght now I'm 154..My goal weight is 125 by the end of summer, and to not make the same mistake next winter!

This is a 3.5 month change.
I started in february
Sw:148
Cw:120
Gw:110
I first was eating 1450 calories, and now im down to 1250. And its no prob0 -
Hi, I'm 5'1 and 44 years old
Been heavy my entire life but it wasn't until I was somewhere over 200lbs that I decided to take action. So, my starting weight was 200+. I don't know for sure because I avoided the scale. CW 136.7. GW is 135. However my GW is my comfortable weight, but I would eventually like to be at 125-130. I'm also including my picture from my first half marathon this past December, I was at 148

I'm 22 years old 5' 3" I started my fitness pal 5 months ago and I'm down 39.8 lbs only about 5 more lbs to go I'm so happy. I have lost 23.56% of my starting body weight so far.

I'm 46 years old 5" 1' and back in June I started my journey at 250.2 lbs. and as of April 24th I was down to 205.8 almost 45 lbs! I know I still have a long way to go but I am encourage to continue to get to at least 150 lbs. my first picture is from last March as I stood with my daughter for her Freshman dance and the second was just a week ago.
