I have no idea what NEAT or TDE is lol. But I'll answer the questions I do know!

Workout 4-5 times weekly. (1-2 hr cardio)
I don't eat my calories back, I may had eaten a little extra that day but I exercise at night and don't eat anything after so if I'd eaten a bit much that day I should be in the safe zone from exercising.0 -

I NETTED 990 calories per day on average during the last 30 days (I just whipped out my calculator)
BF -> no real idea, used the army method and calipers, but both methods are not really reliable.
I walk 12-15k every day and would like to start running again.0 -
