A days macros aren't going to make or break you (I'm assuming you're not low carb since you ate two bananas). You ate fruit. Not a bad thing.
Find something to eat if you're hungry, and finish off the day. If you're not hungry, start again normally tomorrow.
A couple of hard boiled eggs. Some cheese. ...0 -
It doesn't matter that much for a day, but, cottage cheese0

you can have salad with chicken breasts, eat vegetables instead of carby foods0

it wont be 2 bananas but it would be all of the carbs you have eaten throughout the day :-) As people have said though don't worry about it, macros are important as medium term goals but nothing to worry about if they are not right on a particular day. Just eat a bit more protein and fat tomorrow if you want to but really a couple of bananas worth isn't going to hurt whatever0

I do not worry about going over carbs or fats as long as I stay within my calorie goal. The past 60 days I have been consistently double my "goal" for sugars and about half the time I've gone way over "goal" for fats...and I have lost 22 lbs since January 25th. Don't sweat it as long as you stay within your calorie goals.0

Your carbs must be set pretty low. I would say eat low carb the rest of the day but don't freak out. You can always try again tomorrow0

Looks like you have a fan club. Nice looking flag you've got there.
That's flagtastic!-2 -
If you exercise your calories go up and your macros adjust proportionally - did you earn lots of exercise calories?
I tend to think it's more important to get a concrete amount of protein and fat than to have a certain proportion of calories coming from C/F/P, because if you have a cardio-heavy workout you'll need more carbs for fuel, and if you've been lifting, you'll need more protein for recovery. I get up to 1000 extra calories from workouts and Fitbit activity, even set up as moderately active, so some days my MFP protein target is over 200g, which is totally unnecessary and really difficult, plus on these days I actually need more carbs to fuel myself properly!
So as long as you've got an acceptable amount of fat and protein, don't worry too much, especially if it's exercise calories.0 -

You can't. Salad (minimal carbs) and meat is probably your best bet. Track ahead next time to see if what you want to eat for the whole day works for your macros.
Now you see why bananas are the cupcakes of the fruit world.0
