He's eating it before he weighs it. Try to keep up.0 -
Why are you weighing yourself so much? Our weigh fluctuates often... Pick a day and only get on the scale that one day. Obviously you are going to weigh more after you eat/drink, it's just common sense... weighing yourself after meals is only going to mess with your mind... Calories in, Calories out stop obsessing over the scale....0

<---Eating popcorn. It doesn't weigh much.0

I keep gaining weight every time I pick up a pair of dumbbells. Why do you think that is?

Did you tick the little gold star by mistake
on the website go to the top right-hand side, click on the star (bookmarks) and cancel it
also click on the bell - at the top there is a 'notifications preferences' click off on any you don't want to be notified about
No I didn't bookmark it but I posted on it it's so annoying and if I turn off notifications it will turn off for all forums
You need to go and find your post in the thread, then Flag it - Report - 'I want my post removed' - tell them you don't want notifications for that thread.0 -

p.s. would "everyone with common sense" include people who can figure out how to turn their notifications on and off?
Lol out of all people on this thread my post struck a nerve with you hahahaha Id rather comment correctly than nicely and completely wrong. Sorry I don't think bread slows weight loss with something of equal calories
You just decided to inject yourself into this forum because you saw an opportunity to create drama but you didn't really add anything of value to this post ...or any that I've seen you on actually0 -

So, it's only logical that you'd weigh more with the food/beverages in your stomach. It still has to be digested! Just get weighed once a week, first thing in the morning, before you eat.
This thread is well past the original topic.

You should also look up the def of common sense because I'm pretty sure knowing an applications interface before you've had any experience with it is not what it means0 -

What she is doing is posting the polite thing because that is the message that comes in warnings. So she's trying to play that card or bait and it should not be allowed just as much as the people being told to be polite or move on.
Her continuous nonsense shouldn't be allowed. Lol She should go on reading authoritynutrition.com on her own without bringing that broscience here and messing up the people that are new to weighloss.0 -
Do you really think a little boy should have been allowed to reach adulthood still thinking that it's acceptable to insult a woman because she says something he didn't want to hear?0 -

Who said he's anywhere near adulthood? Probably hasn't started shaving yet.
Good point... I gave the benefit of the doubt based on MFPs odd "must be 18, but don't use the naughty words" policy.0 -

Holy hell! I was just saying it blows my mind how much weight I gain after I eat.
Note to self:don't weigh myself after I eat
Note to self:everyone on mfp forums is a expert trainer/nutritionist.
Note to self:never post anything in mfp forums again...
Probably a real good idea. You need three things to thrive here:
1. The ability to not take yourself TOO SERIOUSLY
2. A sense of humor
3. Somewhat of a thick skin
Oh, and ...ahhh...never mind.0 -

In 1998 I dumped 165 pounds of useless weight, all I had to do was get him to sign the papers.
