I guess calories is more important than macros when on a bulk. I think the only way is to loosely track your macros and calories. I confess, I'm not tracking 80% of the time. I track maybe once a week just to get an idea of how much I'm eating. Some days you eat more, some days you eat less. And most importantly, is the weight gain. Dont burn it off through cardio, and don't be afraid of the gain!

I've been obese last year, but this year, I'm looking to just gain another 2 to 3 kg to make my muscles look fuller. I give myself Probably till end of the year, slow and steady (clean bulk), you can always do a dirty bulk and gain 2 to 3 kg a month. But with that being said, it will just cause more fats gain. But then again, if you are lifting heavy it shouldn't be all fat gain.

Ladies who were once in a cut, enjoy the bulk process! Ladies who are already skinny you have the super good luxury to just eat a lot more and not gain fat!
