Hi I'm Lisa, am wanting to lose weight for my health in the long term. However I have a holiday in 6 weeks and am hoping to lose a reasonable amount of weight in this time. 1200 calories a day is quite hard for me to stick to! I've gone over on a few occasions and have exercised to try and level it out but these past two days I have gone 100's calories over :( anyone inspire me please? Thanks xx
