You can do it, one step at a time!!

Try focusing on one area to start and then slowly do more. For example, focus on your nutrition or replacing soda with water to start, then add in walking or exercises. You can do this!0

you could try replacing white bread, rice and pasta with wholewheat and potatoes with sweet potatoes, small changes, dont overwhelm yourself with lots of changes, one step at a time you got this girl!0
