I need to shed alot of pounds and I need people to encourage me. Thank you.

    Try focusing on one area to start and then slowly do more. For example, focus on your nutrition or replacing soda with water to start, then add in walking or exercises. You can do this!

    you could try replacing white bread, rice and pasta with wholewheat and potatoes with sweet potatoes, small changes, dont overwhelm yourself with lots of changes, one step at a time :) you got this girl!

    Sorry, but this won't help. All of those things have as many calories (if not more) as the white version. You need to be concentrating on eating FEWER calories than you burn daily, on a consistent basis.

    Read the stickies at the top of the forums and be prepared to be patient!
