So yea, someone tried to tell me that on Facebook. This was the first I had heard something this outlandish. Not only is it the "nectar of the gods", it burns the same amount of calories as it has in it so you net 0 when you drink a shake. Other words of wisdom from the same person.... it takes 9 calories to process 1 gram of protein so for every gram of protein you eat, you actually net -5 calories per gram... You can eat unlimited HerbalLife shakes and unlimited chicken breasts and you will never gain weight!
That is all. Just a vent.

This is crazy.....the whole "negative calorie" food thing. The list used to be veggies (and fruit...yeah right). Now it's protien too! Miraculous!

Well this brings a new level of crazy to Herbalife.
I'm curious... how old is this person who was giving out this "advice"?

Please do! Actually, please send it to my Aunt in the Ukraine. We have made contact and she has agreed to facilitate my release.0 -
Eurgh, one of my close friends was using this stuff for a while. At a little get together she sold the remainder of the HerbalLife to another friend who wanted to slim down for her holiday, with the advice 'don't take it right before you go away, because you'll have awful diarrhoea, be pale, and feel lethargic and weak all the time'... the friend still bought them o.O0
