I never eat breakfast except on weekends when I can make a big fancy one. I drink a cup of coffee and wait until lunch. I'm not hungry in the morning but I am hungry after my workout until bed. It makes sense for me to keep my calories saved up for the time I'm hungry instead of forcing myself to eat in the am.0
