    Just as important as support (or maybe more) is having a plan. Do you have a plan to reach your goals?

    Hi there! You're already heading in the right direction, just knowing that you had to do something for your health. A positive attitude and reinforcement can go a long way! As another poster asked, though, do you have a fitness plan? It helps, me anyway, to have everything in writing. Keeps me focused and honest with myself.     I don't. I wouldn't even know where to begin?
    Basically I just know I need to eat more and I'm using this app to monitor what calories I'm getting.

    Em, I may have talked about this with you in another post, but basically, if someone just eats more, they will gain weight but most or all of that weight will be fat. If you want it to be muscle, it is important to eat more while being on some type of lifting program. The type depends on if you have access to a gym or not, but there are options either way.
