Why fight against bread?0
-
Bread is amazing! Bread definitely gets an unnecessarily bad rep. It is the same with most things.....in moderation.0
-
I don't actually like bread, but I would be sad if I couldn't eat bagels and english muffins.0
-

I was never a big fan but I don't feel the need to fight against them.0 -
I could easily do without bread for a week. Now if you are counting pasta as "bread", then I'll be out by dinner. Because we are having pasta for dinner tonight.0

Nope.0

I enjoy bread and I've lost 76 pounds eating it. So I'm good0

I couldn't do without bread Currently I pack sandwiches for lunch everyday in an effort to save money on eating out during working hours. I could cook up more supper and have leftovers for lunch, but I'm too good at cooking for two so we don't have wasted food in the fridge, also in an effort to save money. Sometimes I even eat egg bread as a dessert with butter on top. Just too good!0

Fresh homemade bread with butter and cheese is seriously my favorite meal! I would just die lol0
-
Sometimes my family thinks that bread is a vegetable!0

Its hilarious reading the words that justify or complain but its sad that you guys aren't even trying to do this.. even for a few meals.. i mean how hard is it to sacrifice just one thing? meh and btw im not forcing this on anyone, you can be part of this group and not join the challenge, the idea is to help each other in this journey of fitness.0
-
Sacrifice is not my thing. I'm all for hedonistic weight loss. Because for the long haul I'm in it for the fun.0

But why? Why does anyone, without a medical condition that suggests they should, need to give up bread?

Giving up an entire food for a short period of time would only serve to frustrate people when they reintegrate it into their diet and regain any losses from that period. In short: Irresponsible & Unreasonable.0

Let me explain.. the whole point is to challenge yourself to minimize destructive things to your diet so that in the long run it will be easier to control them.. its a buddy system.. and it is OPTIONAL.. NOT MANDATORY.0 -

Please tell us more about how bread is destructive.

To be a champion, I think you have to see the big picture. It's not about winning and losing; it's about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. I think people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenge.
