I looove avocados... but on my salad or my burger. Or as guacamole (uh oh, instant craving). I've never dared take the leap to throw it in a smoothie. I understand it would be creamy, yes... but doesn't it mess with the overall taste?
it makes them so much better.
I tend to do kale/spinach, berries, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and then 1/4 of an avocado and either water or soy milk.
TRY IT (if you do greens, you won't notice the avocado)
Yup, agreed: I don’t taste the avocado, it just makes the texture really amazingly nommy without affecting taste much. Excited to see if you like it, OP!0
