    Sounds like I need a food scale!!! Although I wouldn't know the first thing about using one!!! But I am sure I can google that info! I currently use MFP along with the Pacer app for its pedometer.

    Caffeine pills, food scale, body weight scale, diet beverages, gum, music, good ear buds, MFP, the internet, treadmills... That's all I can think of at the moment.

    glad you see caffeine as a tool. I do caffeine on and off as well. other tools are weighted vest, ankle weights, hand weights. Unshelled sunflower seeds when I want to snack in front the tv.
