Hope you all are doing well. I just started my weight loss journey and am currently also on a wheat belly compliant diet. Anyone else on this diet? Any tips?

Unless you have Celiac's, the diet is nothing more than cutting high calorie carbs. Just like any other low carb diet, if don't think you can't sustain this diet lifestlye FOREVER, then it's not one you should be doing.

All diets have one thing in common................calorie deficit. None work without it.

So make sure it's a diet you can sustain for life before doing it.

    Shalom!

I don't know if there's a group specifically for WB here, but you'll find a lot of no-grainers and lots of support in the low-carb group:

hello Shalom! welcome to myfitness pal. I applaud you for trying new things, but, imho the only thing I got out of that book was not all carbs are bad, and to stay away from frankenfood (processed stuff) and added sugars, and in further research, corn and other things turned into sugar that weren't sugar to begin with.

As long as you dont have any preexisiting conditions that mess up your system the MFP diary guidelines are great and kind of goof proof. There are many groups for just about everything here. If you are doing everything and using a food scale, being honest with yourself, and logging everything, it might be time to talk to a doctor. Good luck :)
