Since my highest weight it's been 33 pounds. 15 of that is from using mfp to count calories since January. I need to get back on track though, I've been maintaining for over a month now.

Down 19 lbs as of this morning.

Did 76 push ups. Could barely do kneeling in January.
    Can now do one pull-up!

Congratulations to everyone, keep it up!

Doing Ketogenic Diet for seizure control.

    Prior to diet:
6-9 major seizures and 50-60 minor seizures per week.

    After two weeks on diet:
0 major seizures and about 10 minor seizures over the past 10 days.
I also have much better energy and cognitive functioning, have lost 4 pounds (I'm a healthy weight but was flabby), and my body shape is beginning to change for the better. Very, very happy! :)

70 pounds down and 22.5 inches gone. I have also lost my fear of being unhealthy for the rest of my life. But more importantly I have gained a new confidence in myself and my future!

I've lost 13 pounds with MFP, 91 pounds total. I have 19 more pounds to lose.

I have five different metabolic diseases, fibro, a bad knee, and I am old, so this has been a very slow, multi-year project.

28lb lost since January and 10 to go to target (might see if I can do another 7lb though!)

Feeling great already, love the fact that my waist has returned :D

Over 50 pounds has been lost, I have about 6-8 to go till I reach my goal weight. I've also got my exercise induced asthma under control, even if I forget one of my meds I can still make it through my workout. And I actually exercise now. Sometimes just for fun!

I did my weight loss up thread but I keep seeing the thread title and thinking actually my biggest accomplishments were

    1) managing to do push-ups for the first time in my life at 47 ...now can do plyometric sets
    2) chin-ups ...only got my first a couple of weeks ago

These are huge! Chin ups and eventually pullups are major goals for me. I'm trying to work my way up now from an embarrassingly low number of proper form pushups, but just doing any proper form pushups (and not going only halfway down) at all is a major NSV.

95 lb down, 5 or so to go, but I'm maintaining at the moment and have more of a body fat percentage/look I'm going for rather than a specific final weight.
