New to low carb

Hi all, I am new to low carb (just started today)
I have no idea how many carbs / protein / fat to aim for each day. Previously I have always done weight watchers so this is quite a change in approach!
I don't want to do no carb so am thinking of aiming for 50g of carbs a day. But how many calories, fat, protein should be I eating? I don't want to under / over eat.
Any help is most gratefully received
Ps todays food is:
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with cheese
Lunch: Cauliflower soup, taramasalata and peppers and cucumbers to dip
Dinner: Prawn salad with avocadoes, tomatoes and cucumber
I weigh 10st 11lb

Why are you going low-carb, do you have a medical condition?
If it's just for weight loss will you stick to this for life?0 -
Enjoy the low carb, you might get better advice here rather than getting preached.

Your menu looks pretty good.
75 grams of protein might be a starting point, without knowing much about you.
So that's 500 calories from protein and carbs. Fat is the rest, probably 100g to make 1400 calories, maybe a bit less. Eat enough to be not hungry and typically on low carb you'll be eating under 1500 cals.

Whatever you do, don't try to do a low-fat version of low-carb.0
