Ladies 5'3 or under! How much do you eat???

I'm 5 foot and 1.75 inches tall, I weigh 146lbs. I work out doing 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength training 4-6 days a week. I started at eating 1200 calories a day and eating back exercise calories. Now I eat between 1500-1800 depending on my exercise level.0

I'm 5ft 1. 39 years old. I work in an office behind a desk. I ate 1200 calories until I lost the 20 pound goal. Then I calculated my TDEE using iifym. com.
It calculates my TDEE as 1324 so I eat around 1300.
I don't know which is better but the calculator for IIFYM is different from scoobys workshop. A whole lot less.0 -

I'm 5'3 and currently weigh 156 pounds. I am supposed to eat 1400 on days I don't exercise to lose at my desired rate but i exercise every day and usually end up eating closer to 1900 calories a day. I've lost 33 pounds overall and the last 15 have come in the past 2 months eating this way. I did 1200 for about 3 weeks in January when I first started but then decided I couldn't sustain that much of a deficit. I was too grumpy lol.0

I am 4'10ish and it depends on the day but between 1900 and 2150. It took me a long time to figure out something that work.
