Hi,

I'm 11 stone 12 lbs and 6 foot 2. I'm currently eating around 1400 calories a day with 100g of protein. Firstly, am I skinny or skinny fat and also, what would you recommend for me to lose some body fat percentage.

If anyone could guess my BF% that'd be great,

    start weight lifting. Look into stronglifts 5x5. Its a good starter weight lifting program.

    + eat more. At this point I'd work on lowering your bf % by increasing muscle rather than losing fat.

    Pictures won't tell you if you are "skinny fat." Skinny fat means you have the health risks of a fat person, even though you fall within the normal BMI range. Aside from that, what a person's body ought to look like is subjective. As for being skinny fat, the only thing that can be done for it is to eat healthier foods and to exercise.
