^This^ Because once you die, you know, you don't need a body anymore.

Nah, then the worms need it more.

Ah, and then it becomes a beautiful natural cycle! Because worms only have their body for life as well.

Can I have someone else's body for life?

Can I have, say, Hugh Jackman (although I have a distinct feeling that he would be less interested in me than say my husband)

but still, nice to look at ... I could stuff him in a Wolverine pose and stick him in the corner

And then they die, and fertilise the plants I eat! So it all comes full circle.

I knew 2 people that did the program. They achieved excellent results, but it was not sustainable at all.

Yeah, me too. And then I plan on it being resurrected and I'll keep it even longer.

Are you going for cryogenic stasis?

According to the "Eat breakfast like a king..." thread, the metabolism goes into 'Kryostasys" if you don't eat every few hours.

I have no idea what that entails. I stuck to the old fashioned CICO plan and have been maintaining since.

As long as he doesn't sound like Beaker. That might get old.

depends on whether I'm acting particularly pre-menstrual or not ;)

I did it. The workouts took forever and the diet was really restrictive. CICO would be a lot easier.

My sil did it; ate super restrictive then on Sunday went totally nutso on the eating...after a year...she lost 5 pounds...and said she'd never do it again.

My dad tried it and didn't really have good results, but I can't vouch for how faithfully he was following the eating plan.

it was to complicated IMHO when i tried it way back. however the eating for life cookbook had some great recipes in it that i have perfected and used over and over for years.
