    Hi, Everyone!
    may name is Deana and I am 24 years old. I currently weigh 203.4 lb and I would like to be at least 199 lb by June. However, I will aim for 195 lb (even though it might be too hard lose 2 lb per week). My end goal is to eventually lose 80 lb + and fit in my high school graduation dress. I also would like to become super fit so I can pass the RCMP physical exam and accomplish my dream of becoming an RCMP officer.

    Successes/struggles this week: Just got back from a very active vacation. Would like to maintain that level of exercise (3 hours aerobic exercise per day) but it's not realistic. Will need to decrease my caloric intake.

    Successes/struggles: I started MFP (again) on January 4th this year and I was 311 lbs. I did really good for the first 12 weeks and was down 50 lbs. by March 30. Then April hit…crawfish season!!! I did great during the week, but slipped up every weekend and the scale was up on Mondays. I would work hard all week to work that water weight off, only to slip up again the next weekend. Although I had a rocky April, I am pleased that I am only up .4 from April 1st. Big success that I maintained, but I am ready to get back focused the way I was the first 12 weeks...eating right and exercising daily.

    Successes/struggles this week: My last week of the April challenge was not fantastic, but overall I was happy with the 8.2 lbs I lost! Moving back home to UK at the end of May, need to really focus and crack down on healthy eating and exercise once more, would love to weigh less than I did when I left....
