    Successes/struggles this week: This month is going to be a challenge itself. My son is getting married June 6th so we have several parties between now and the wedding. I'm really going to have to try to stay on top of things during the week so the weekend parties won't set me back.

    Successes/struggles this week: Hit 15,000 steps for the first time on my FitBit! Then the button broke. *sigh* At least it's still syncing with my S5 app.

    Going to sushi tonight, so tried my best to be good today with my food intake and achieved my step goal before work was over. Now to see how creative I can get with the sushi menu to eat the most in volume with the least calories. noms to be had!

    Let's do this!!

    Weight lost/gained this week: this past week I was so excited to get to the 140! (Okay, 140.8, but still) i think just lowering my calories that extra 100 really made the difference these past few week.
    Weight lost/gained this month: the past month I've lost I think 3lbs.

    Successes/struggles this week: success was getting to under 141. Struggles are as always wondering about hidden calories in food served to me .

    This is my fourth month in a row doing these challenges and so far ive hit every goal. I love the weekly check ins. Reminds me of previous weeks successes and i love seeing others hit there goals too!

    Successes- (From last wk of april)- I hit 100DAYS OF LOGGING ON MFP! And i hit my goal weight for May! Third month in a row of making goal. And i treated myself to some much needed jeans!

    Successes: Managed to climb all 246 steps to the top of the Wallace Monument in Stirling to get some amazing views - would have struggled with this just a few months ago!
